Same for all my previous jobs at banks. Nobody had a clue. New job? Youth Pastor. Wore shorts sleeves to the intereview, the final interview, and they still saw past the ink and saw the person. Love it.
-
VERY well done. Elegant. Softly shaded. Nice tat man.
-
Bump. Price lowered.
-
Added pic of bush hog. Note that the drive shaft on the bush hog is too long for this tractor. It was originally on dads larger Massey Ferguson. If tractor is desired without bush hog that can be arranged. Price also lowered.

The never ending story when it comes to ink.

EDIT: O.B.O.

First ever was the cross done at American Tradition in Circleville. Had to have it touched up which was free. I think I paid $180 for it. The wings were added years later, free hand, by a guy who has been inking since I was born. Got them done at a shop by Camp Lejuene. Went there with my BIL when he got his done. Think I paid $220 for the wings. The cross represents my savior and is not the symbol of praise and hope most people reference but a symbol of suffering and death. His life given for me. The angel wing and demon wing are the start of a sleeve paying tribute to Ephesians 6:10-20 talking about the battle between good and evil. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=654&pictureid=5900 My roman numeral II inside my left bicept. I'm named after my father and this signifies not only his impact in my life, but my heritage as a whole. My parents, grandparents, etc. I will be adding to it in the future to include my native american incestory. It was also done at American Tradition in C-ville. I believe I paid $80 for it. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=654&pictureid=5901 My ambigram. It's hard to call a tat my fav, but I love this one. It was my first "visible" tat (not covered by a tee shirt). I carried the design in my back pocket for over a year, thought about it, and prayed about it. When I was ready I sold a guitar to go get it. It says "Jesus" and flipped it says "Saves". Self explanitory. I'm a firm believer that Christ saved me from a terrible life that I was leading. This honors that. Also done at American Tradition. Paid $220. http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/22050_105123246178106_4467320_n.jpg Music around my wrists. It's the verse to the songs "These Two Hands". The lyrics say, "These two hands, Lord you have given me. These two hands, to serve you faithfully, and every time I look down remind me of the plan you have chosen for these two hands." On the inside of each wrist between the start/end of each line is a bass clef. I've been playing bass for many years and want to remember to use the gifts and talents God has given me to glorify him and not let my ego get in the way. Done at American Tradition. I think I paid about $120 or so. Really can't remember this one. http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/23853_107916182565479_562320_n.jpg I just set an appointment with Steve at Thou Art today, right before coming here and seeing this thread, to get this done. It's a tribute to my grandfather, Chief Master Sergeant William Nelson, USAF EOD. It has the EOD crab, american flag for his 21 years of serving his country, Christian flag for his life long service of his savior and 24 years of his service as a minister after the military, his stripes, the verse he quoted on his death bed, ("For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." - Phil. 1:21), and his birth/death dates. I go the 27th of this month to get it on my left shoulder and it's running me $220. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=654&pictureid=5902 I'm a firm believer in getting a tat that has meaning and therefore purpose. Think long and hard about what you want, find a good, clean shop and find an artist whose style you appreciate and allow them to do what they do best.

We originally listed this for $2500 without the bush hog. Now, the bush hog comes with. Package deal for $2000. Every works. This thing runs great. Push button start. Used it to bush hog dads 8 acre property and to clear snow. We have a trailer and may be able to deliver if needed. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5118 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5117 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5116 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5115 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5905

Listing for my brother. $3,200 KBB value (without remote starter): $5,051 ("very good" condition) NADA value(without remote starter): $6,450 ("clean retail" value) - 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo - 187,xxx miles - 4x4 (RWD w/ selectable PT or FT 4x4) - 4.0 I6 - Automatic - Overhead display (miles until empty, compass, etc) - Power windows, locks, mirrors, and drivers seat - Hitch - Remote Starter with 2 fobs - CD player - Cruise Control Needs nothing. Ready to roll and super reliable. Wife is currently using it as a daily. If I had the money I'd buy this for her myself. Never modified or off road. Regular maintenance performed on time. The ONLY things that I know of that are wrong are both mild. - The fan for the heat/AC only works on the first three levels and not the highest. Blows good on low, low medium, and high medium, but not on high. Heat and AC both work great. - Drivers seat is a little loose. By no means is it uncomfortable or cause a hindrance to drive. I took this thing to Minihaha Springs, WV by myself last Oct to hunt and the ride down, through the mountains, and back were great. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5887 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5888 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5889 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5890 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5891 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5892 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5886 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5885 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=641&pictureid=5884

They look delicious. GLWA.

I do that whenever possible. This winter my wife and I took an old duffle bag and filled it with nonperishable food, bottled water, a coat, gloves, and a blanket. That way if we ran into someone truly homeless we'd have something worthwhile to offer them. Best is when you buy them a meal and sit down with them and learn thier story. Some of these people just need to feel "normal" for once.

This. Enough years in sales and training courses plus a decent bit of discernment and I can usually tell if someone is genuine. Am I always right? Of course not. It'd be foolish to say I am. tl;dr of a story: Uncle was in Vegas. Dude begs him for money. He says, "He ya go man" and hands him the only thing in his wallet. a $20. No questions asked. Dude says "thank you" and splits. His friend proceeds to chastize him much like some on here. "He's gonna buy drugs/alchohol" and "He probably makes more a year than you do" and so on. Uncle simply doesn't care. Fast forward 2 hours and they swing by a fast food joint. Who do they see? Begger guy and 4 of his buddies. He took the $20 and fed the five of them. Is this always going to be the case? No. Does this attitude make someone an enabler? Possibly. I'd rather hand a guy a green piece of paper and a "God bless you. I'll be praying for you, and I mean it." Whatever they do with it, they'll be more likely to share the story about not being judged and hopefully think about what they'll do with it and how they got it than the millions where people treat them like trash. Just my .02 though. YMMV.
