  1. Not bad. I agree. Still a not bad brick though.
  2. 5000?! I want one! Pistol grip with folding stock that hold 5 rounds. Good for the field, good for the home. /gun
  3. Gift card and cash to get her hair, nails, and tanning done and a .380.
  4. Agreed. I really think grade A acting ran throughout this one. I didn't feel like anyone was trying too hard to act. I actually just followed the story as if I were watching the actual individuals it was based on.
  5. Got dad this and the wife made mom a home made blanket and we got her gift cards and had pics of us done professionally. For the in-laws we got mom a photo from a local artist and pics of us. For dad a docking station for his new iPod.
  6. If you're looking for a cheap blow back design like Hi Point I'd go with a Jiminez Arms/Cobra. That way if you for some reason accidentally drop it it won't smash a toe into a pancake. Also, I don't know if you want solely a pistol, but if you're going Hi Point get the 995TS. Lightyears above their pistols. I wouldn't buy a pistol from HP. Walk into any gun store and ask about a HP 9mm pistol then ask about the 995TS. Love my 995TS. KelTec makes a solid little 9mm at a good price. BIL just got one used for $200.
  7. No. http://image.made-in-china.com/2f1j00lBftQdUysIoE/Pu-Stress-Toy-Hammer-.jpg
  8. Merry Christmas all. Be safe, remember what the season is about, and remember our troops who can't be home for Christmas.
  9. Oh, and The Beatles. Can't forget them.
  10. This. Got my hopes up. Why do you hate me Anthony? lol
  11. Hard to remember off the top of my head but here goes nothing. - Sublime - Bob Marley - Johnny Cash - William Elliot Whitmore - Metallica - Anberlin - Foo Fighters - Nirvana - Maxwell - Everclear Lots more. Just can't remember.
  12. For diesel Id go cummings. Just my opinion man. I love using dad's F150 to tow, but it's not diesel.
  13. Corey, hit me up via pm bruh.
  14. What? The Sugar Bowl isn't until the 1st. *Waits for a game that matters...
  15. Haven't seen Cindarella Man yet so I can't compare and I agree with Mensan. As said, it tells his story. Shows the behind the scenes.
  16. Last XJ built was in 01, so no, you can't vget a 6 year old XJ...at all. Purpose built for sure. That's what I'm saying. 3K-5K. I have freely admitted that I take care of these tampon 1.8T's the same way as my XJ. Difference is my XJ didn't cry about it then take me 10 hours to shut it up. LOL. Said it before and I'll always say it. VAG's are GREAT vehicles if you have the money to maintain them. As of now I do not have the cash to maintain 2. :funny: Literally LOL'd Garrett.
  17. That is weird. I bought the .380 literally like 4 days before with no wait. Could that be why? Does buying 2 pistols from 2 different sellers so close together matter?
  18. Haha. Nice. My dad has been a carrier for 24 years. He wishes they'd dump those trucks so he could go back to his old....Jeep.
  19. If someone sets a game changing stipulation then I should be able to. Who said anything about new? Buy a used Touareg. My point is I can build a vehicle with the same or better capabilites in the snow/mud/trails for much less. I don't need nav and a back up cam on the trails. I never mentioned a $50K GC. I mentioned my $7K XJ. That's a fair statment. It should. That 4.0 XJ was by far the easiest to work on and cheapest to maintain I've ever owned. It was built more solid than either of my VAG's. $10K total purchase and build on my XJ < the price tag of the used Touareg. Precisely. I've mentioned that in every post of mine in here I think. Look, I'll say it just one more time, the VAG's are extremely nice and capable vehicles and there is definitely a ground to stand on when campaigning for them. I do still love mine even through all of the headache. My main point is that I can build a vehicle with comparable capabilities for a very small percentage of what it would take to do the same with a VAG and trail damage repairs would be extremely more affordable. That's all. That's it. That's my point. I'm also not willing to hack up a $40K VAG for a snorkel and custom bumpers, etc. I LIKE VAG's!
  20. Went to Marcus late last night with a few buddies. Couldn't decide on a movie so we chose 'The Fighter' b/c it looked like a decent enough 'Rocky' wannabe film and the start time worked out for us. It tells the story of Micky Ward (Mark Wahlberg), former Welter Weight World Champion Boxer, and his brother Dicky Eklund (Christian Bale) and his fall from "fame". It follows both younger brother Micky's boxing career and Dicky's drug addiction and the effects of their lifestyles on each other and those around them. Christian Bale did great. Really didn't expect that good of a performance. They show a clip of the real brothers during the credits and his mannerisms are spot on. I recommend.

    Circleville!

I've only heard stories. Been a patient there myself a few times. No real issues. Just sucked to wait with my wife while she was in pain for 2.5 hours after walking in at about 1:30 am. That's been awhile ago though and as I said earlier, I've heard that things are going really well there now. Either way, it's not someplace I care to visit while home on leave.
  22. Our whole nation is whether we want to or not. LOL
  23. Yes. THAT one is. I bought and built a Jeep for a very small fraction of the cost. That's fair. Just my personal thoughts. NObody has to agree. :bs: Don't care how fast you are no neon is getting through 2' drifts. Ok. We'll play. Since you are making a stipulation as to what tires can be used I get to make one. 1) Build a rig (me in a Jeep, you in a Touareg) for under $10,000 including vehicle price. Absolutely. NOw stp using our convo's on other forums against me. I love my Jetta still and Passat, even through the frustrations (which I have brought on myself). VAG's are great cars if you can afford regular maintenance. I cannot right now. Hopefully this new job will change that. Regardless, my Jetta isn't getting around some of the places my XJ would have. To say so is ludicrous. The Touareg's are nice but I'm not dropping $40k on one, cutting a hole in the fender for a snorkel, lifting it, trimming body pieces to accomodate custom front and rear bumpers, etc. like I did my XJ. That's all. I love VAG cars, but for off road/HEAVY snow/mud I'm not getting one. Can't afford to be trail breaking a Cayenne or anything. LOL
