I have a set of afr 185 heads I am looking for pedistal mount heads, gt40x heads will do but need to have roller rockers with them. my heads have two sets of rockers with them 3/8 harland sharp 7/16 comp ultra gold, if you want to buy them the bottom dollar is 1400 for everthing. these heads have 3 dyno pulls on them on a 331 N/A setup. it all depends on the kit and the car some of them can be easy others a total pain but as long as you take your time you shouldn't have too hard of a time keep in mind you will void any sort of factory warranty ( i'm about 80% sure on the warranty but I could be wrong )

everything is wired correctly and plumbed right but for some reason they keep burning out. I used a different brand on my 87 after the BBKs and never had another problem. Could be bad luck but i doubt it.

I'm now on my 5th pump my 87 i went through 4 or them ( i know it should have been maybe 2 ) But i wasn't paying attention and bought another on for my 95 after less than 700 miles it's toast.

Can you put an Audi turbo on a VR6 I know they have put VR6 motors in Audis but can you do it the other way around or does the FWD mess that idea up

this was more a knocking sound there are no leaks anything broken etc....I took the motor all the way down to the short block and found nothing out of place....i think the valve cover might have come loose and caused it so I should have it back together tomorrow..........here's hoping

i know that i was wondering if i should put it back together and see if it was the valve cover gasket or if anyone had any other thoughts as to what that could have been

I was out in the mustang on saturday and something weird happened I was romping on it a little and then i heard a wierd clunking noise it sounded like it was coming from under the D.S. valve cover i pulled them off expecting a loose or broken rocker and nothing was wrong....I check the compression on all 8 nothing wrong...head gaskets are fine...i was thinking either the lifters or the valve cover came loose I'm lost on this one. Any ideas?
