Ok, so ever since I moved to Westerville, about once every three months I see this red Miata that has been completely trashed by the owner. He/She has glued Barbie Dolls, CD's, Records, Troll Heads and a menagerie of other ridiculous stuff all over his car. License plate of "That Car" Anyone else seen this, and do you know or have talked to the owner?
