It's not too bad. Cabinets are in good condition. The countertop is a little dated looking, plus the bright blue paint and dolphin boarder doesn't go too well. We couldn't really take good pictures of it b/c the electricity isn't on yet.

No garage. It's got a driveway that I'd be able to work in. We have a lot of positive equity just buying the house so I plan to build on in a few years.

We'll probably start working on the outside come spring. Just try to get everything done now to the inside.

We close in about a week. We are starting to try to get some things done though now so we don't have to worry about it later. It's on the edge of Grove City off Alkire Rd. We got it for $74,000, so we paid a good price on it. We only had 3 days to put in an offer after first seeing it b/c there were so many people wanting the house, but we knew the realtor so we had first dibs. Sounds like an ignition problem. Also the catalyic convertor could be clogged up.

Looks pretty nice. I'll post of pictures when we close on ours at the beginning of November. We definitely don't have as much work to do, but there's a bit. Keep up the good work. Keep us posted with pictures though.

It's not completely undriveable. Most of those cars with rediculous camber sit on airbags. It doesn't really wear your tires as much as you'd like to think. I run over 2 degrees negative and have driven over 12k miles and my tires still look fine.

Try to mix some wet food in with the dogs kibble. That will usually do the trick. Also, what are you feeding your dog? Responsible owners should feed their dogs premium dog food, especially people who won't miss a couple extra dollars a month. I'm sure you wouldn't. Companies like Avoderm, Royal Canin, Innova, ProPlan Natural, Canidae, or Nutro. Anything without bi-products or generic food labels (ie "meat", "polutry"). I'm down. I don't let my pups swim in the lake at the Alum Creek Dog Park anymore though b/c they both got giardia last time they swam in it. That was an expensive vet visit.

If you need training my wife is a dog trainer. Just make sure to socialize it while it's young. They are great dogs, just need early socialization and proper training.
