Yeah, that spring that is the positive to the horn? It hit's the plastic lining on my hub and not the copper strip that has wire to my horn. Here's a picture to better understand. The red is the wire that goes to the horn button from the copper outside strip. The yellow is that spring positive it's supposed to hit the copper part, but it hits the black plastic part that separates the negative and positive charges. Yeah I think this is true. You can't get over 12 psi with the charger for some odd reason in the computers or something. I'm not too sure why, but it's true.
