  1. I tried to use my sights as best I could when I took a combat pistol class. I do understand when you are coming from the "look down the slide at your target" standpoint. I've not trained in the dark... But I assume I'd rather have night sights than not...
  2. What about a sticker guy? I need a guy that can make 2-color TacPack stickers!
  3. Thanks Craig! Just need one more order guys to get to the "good tier".
  4. M&P9 or HKVP9 for a nice training/home defense gun. Kahr, Bersa, and glock all make nice little 9mm CCW guns.
  5. VP9 trumps P30 from my experience with the p30 in carry/defense situations as it is basically the same gun with just the striker fire as the difference. Striker fire = less to think about when fine motor skills go away (my opinion).
  6. I need another couple of triggers/rails/etc to complete my order and get cheaper pricing for everyone. Let me know if you need something specific. Prices will be low.
  7. breathtaking! Thanks for sharing! Were the top to pics maine? They look familiar to me (though I was 12 years old when I was there)... so its a toss up...

  9. Also, check the Cabelas bargain cave. They have great deals in there!
  10. For under 200... I've used the M223 (for 350.00) and it worked great. This is the cheaper version http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-P-223-3-9x40-Mate-BDC/dp/B006YVT0R8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1441982794&sr=8-3&keywords=nikon+M223 I ran one of these out to 600 without issues. http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-Reticle-Riflescope-Turrets-Parallax/dp/B00ABPAAPY/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1441983136&sr=8-6&keywords=bushnell+4-12x40 For under 250.... http://www.amazon.com/Vortex-2-5-10x44mm-Crossbow-Illuminated-Reticle/dp/B00HYRGWAO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1441983006&sr=8-1&keywords=2.5-10+scope+vortex For under 300... http://www.amazon.com/Vortex%C2%AE-Viper-9x40-Reticle-Riflescope/dp/B002SCV2ZK/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1441982849&sr=8-4&keywords=vortex+3-9x40 people seem to go nuts for these, Panduh had one and it shot fine out to 380. https://www.primaryarms.com/Primary_Arms_4_14X44_FFP_Scope_with_308_p/pa4-14xffp308.htm
  11. There are also lots on Amazon that are the corners/gussets where you just add 2x4's. That seems like a simple effective way!

  13. I built mine off of a shop fox. it works well. I reload 308 only. But, I didn't have to anchor it down or anything. It's probably "not ideal" but its pretty sturdy once assembled and works well in tight spaces (like the area in which I reload). http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001UE7JP4/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1441912855&sr=1&keywords=tool+table
  14. 1/8th Truggy, end thread. Yes they are fun... but they are like mopeds. Fun to play with, embarrassing to be seen playing with (as a grown ass man).
  15. Never seen it cheaper http://www.slickguns.com/product/smith-wesson-mp15-16-sport-ar15-carbine-rifle-w-30-round-magazine-free-shipping-49999?mobile=true
  16. Got a carbide bit at Arrow Industrial in Westerville. Cut through that bolt carrier like hot knife through butter
  17. I need to drill through some tough steel. Lowes/Home Depot have nothing! Thanks!

  19. So, my aunt is against my guns and so is my father in law and they try and antagonize me with the "why do you need..." Questions... My answer always lays around the "I want equal or greater opposite force" argument. Then... They (and most) revert to the "what's really going to happen at your house in your neighborhood" question as if I'm going to feel safe. I have the best low conflict question for them. I simply say 2 things: 1. "Would you want me to be carrying right now" if the exception (something bad, that instant, my house, nice neighborhood). They pause, reflect, and then say "yes". 2. I remind them that the "it won't happen here, it won't happen to us" comment once applied to movie theaters 5 years ago...
  20. "I want what the criminals possibly possess so that I can apply equal force upon them if need be" "Guns aren't the only thing that cause death, but I feel like their tragedy-involved-instances are being scrutinized. no one wanted a Porsche ban when paul walker died" "Liberal politicians are often cited as claiming inaccurate info regarding guns/gun-violence thus leaving them in-credible in the eyes of the gun folks... but it doesn't matter" "I agree with the guy ^^^ in post 3 about the fact that people don't really change their minds on gun control or lack thereof"
