building a budget loaner gun for a buddy for an upcoming carbine class. Painted with Aervoe Field Drab. Really impressed with this paint. Even coats, nice and flat, but not chalky. Tough to scratch off as well. Not as durable as Cerakote. But I think its a great alternative for 6.00/can. All the "flakes" are my fault for spraying too far away from the gun....

Nah, they just aren't for me. I have a 556, a 300blk, and considering converting to a Grendel... But not that big. I think a 220g 300blk has effective enough put-down power at close range AND it's boring to shoot past 100 yards. I can imagine that 458 socom needs to be aimed at the moon to get out 200 yards! But, let us know how it goes!

I took two good quality vids on my iPhone. I'd like to merge them. And then put them on FB. But, when I use an app to join them it hurts the quality. And I assume FB will hurt the quality even more. 1. Is there an App that will preserve the quality? 2. If I upload them from my phone to my PC will the quality diminish? 3. Is there a way (site, etc) on the web I can use to join the vids? Thanks. The video is funny... Bob

You are late to your own party handsome... Anyhow, I keep it simple. Nothing wrong with making money. The consensus/perception is that you may not be as honest as other people in "the game". No worries for you though right? Plenty of people out there that are worse. I think it's also notable to point out that people don't really care. Enjoy the NSX. My guess is that they will refill stuff every 4-5 days. Call it a hunch. I did snag a new rail for a new upper that I just purchased. Kind of jacked to get the rail for 234.00 instead of 470.00.

Lease vs buy equipment? Anyone as "liquid" (as we perceive) him to be would always ask "if I buy it straight cash can I get a discount?". I guess I'd have to know how much the equipment cost to see if I'd think he'd be able to pay in ful. So that begs a question...

That is .. as you say.. a "bingo". I love money. I grind. I do business as straight as humanly possible as well. This guy isn't/hasn't in his Porsche ad in my opinion (which I believe I am entitled to have). you want to flip cars? Flip cars... just don't act like you have your life's work into the Porsche that you are selling and that you have spotted a new love affair that you'd like to get into. Clearly not the case if we were placing bets or giving our best "guess" if guns were to our proverbial heads.

Even when you "scour for low prices" it looks like this package (with all the little extras) is about 2500.00 new. If bought at cabelas or some big box store I'm sure you'd pay about 3K. Seems like a great deal to me. Good luck with the sale.
