  1. Cool, thanks. I'll give him a call. Karacho, couldn't agree more. It's hard to find people in that sweet spot. You could go with the most expensive, but sometimes that doesn't guarantee the best work either. But the cheapest would probably be worse than if I would do it. I've had the best luck finding professional guys that do it all day everyday for 30 years that want to make a little extra cash on the weekend for my smaller jobs. My ductwork/HVAC guy is frickin awesome. Gives me a number, knocks it out in a weekend, I write him a check. Always happy with his work.
  2. I herniated my L5/S1 3 years ago. It wasn't too severe so a little bit of PT helped me. Traction I felt really helped. I went to McConnell sport and spine. After that i was about 95% back to normal. Just had to be mindful about my back. No more deadlifts or back squats. But I was able to get back into the gym and do normal things around the house. This past January I had Pneumonia for like a month and all the coughing re-injured the disc. I'm going to Orethopedic One off Sawmill. So far so good. I feel like this time the initial pain was much worse than the previous time. They gave me some steriod anti-inflammitory pills for a week or so. Now I'm doing some PT and doing Traction again. Seems to be helping as I can walk with a slight limp now instead of not being able to walk at all or sit. Maybe look into an inversion table? I feel that spinal decompression really helps. I'd really try to exhaust all options before doing surgery. If you are still bending awkwardly and lifting really heavy items while you're injured or trying to heal, then its not going to help. However, the advice I was given was to stay active to a point. The lower discs don't get much blood flow. So to keep moving is good. And drink TONS of water.
  3. So I'm wrapping up hanging the drywall in my addition. Need some recommendations for someone who can finish it. I've tried it in the past and I'm definitely no good, so this is a job I'd much rather pay someone to do. I'm about 3 miles north of downtown plain city. Thanks.
  4. I bought these a while back to replace my worn out seats in my 02 Z28. I got them installed (for about 4 hours), but couldn't figure out what to do about the seat belt. So I put my old ones back in. Never got around to them again. Moving and other cars got in the way, so these have been sitting in my basement for like 2 years. They come with the mounting brackets also. $350 for the pair. Thanks http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10721_zpsxr7sshnm.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10722_zpsbvubix3g.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10724_zpse7zrarly.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10723_zpsdp68lipl.jpg
  5. Actually, I think I'm going to keep the car. I'm going to fix it up over the winter and keep enjoying it for a while. Thanks for the interest. I'm going to make a separate thread to sell the seats. Mods can close this one up if they want.
  6. The A/C and cruise control work, but the power steering does not, lol. The pump just let go. I have some things to fix over the winter. 1) Manual 2) I know there is some weight savings maybe 10-20 lbs for the pair? But I can't remember for sure. I'd have to search LS1tech. 6LE's website is saying 36.5 lbs per seat, without the mounting bracket. 3) That's one way, haha. evil8 - ?? Did you steal these from my basement last night? LOL.
  7. Sorry for the delay on the pics, out of town for the holidays. I actually did install them in my car for about 4 hours. Couldn't figure out what to do about the seat belt and put the old ones back in, lol. Anyway, here they are: http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10721_zpsnidrzo9z.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10722_zpsbvubix3g.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10723_zpsggqygv3k.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10724_zpse7zrarly.jpg
  8. The seats are $550 and the brackets are $225 on their website. So $350 for everything? OBO.
  9. I think I'm going to sell the 6LE seats separately. Let me know if someone is interested and I can get some pics.
  10. Oh, forgot to add. The SES light is on for EVAP, the vent valve on the tank needs replaced. When it fails the default is always open. If I still have the car I plan on replacing over winter because you have to drop the tank. Not a big deal, but I've just been putting it off. http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10709_zpsi9nvsxhl.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10712_zpsgl2xulno.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10711_zpsnfcysy5f.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/SDC10710_zps6es6furg.jpg http://i328.photobucket.com/albums/l334/Irocstyle/2002z28%20dyno_zpssxqmanqh.jpg
  11. Kinda listing this has a feeler. I bought this in 2012 with 65K miles on it. It probably has 101K on it now. I pretty much DD the car. Red with black leather interior. T-tops. Auto. Lid, Kooks headers, y-pipe, magnaflow exhaust. UMI front and rear sway bars Subframe connectors Strano springs, Koni str. shocks. SS wheels w/ BF goodrich tires. tuned by Brian I think it put down 340 hp and 355 ft lbs. (I'll post the dyno sheet) All the mods were done in 2013. I've just been doing regular up keep since then. It isn't a garage queen. Paint is meh. Rock chips up front, bubbling sail panel, etc.. The driver's leather is toast. All the other seats are good. I do have a set of 6LE seats that would come with it. $5000 OBO. Seeing if anyone is interested. I'll get some pics up tonight. Thanks.
  12. HAHAHAHAHA. Sorry about your luck though. We are definitely not planning a 2400 sqft addition. Shit, our house isn't even 2400sqft Just a garage with a room above it. Nothing too complex.
  13. Thanks for the replies. I have Sam's number for the concrete work, I should probably give him a call. I've heard of the Troyer's out in Plain City, from what I've gathered they are kinda pricey. I could be wrong, but I will get them to do a quote anyway. Are they related to Norm Troyer at all? Never heard of Ron Winn, does he do pretty good work? Thanks again guys.
  14. So I think we are starting to kick around the idea of putting on an addition this spring/summer. We've started asking friends for any builders they would recommend and trying to do some research on our own. We live in Plain City if that matters. Has anyone had an addition they put on and care to share who they used or would recommend? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks.
  15. Need a good spare from a 98-02 F-body along with the jack and lug wrench. Thanks.
