Are you still at Union Savings? We are looking at doing a cash out 20 year refinance and looking to get this done fairly quickly. I called the office, but got Thomas. I just sent in a quick mortgage app to him this afternoon. I also sent him a competitors loan estimate and he would run it by "management" to see if you could beat their rate. If that means you, hook me up I'd love to do business with a local bank vs. one of the online only guys.
