  1. Selling my ProFlo intake setup with fast rails. Intake has been milled smooth on top and then powdercoated. Made custom tabs welded on to allow use of fast rails which are nicer then the holley/edelbrock rails. over 600 less coating http://www.jegs.com/i/Edelbrock/350/7139/10002/-1?parentProductId=1045090 http://www.jegs.com/i/FAST/244/54023/10002/-1 http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/novaengine.jpg 400.00

  11. so to be in the CR lane you have to have a wristband on? And that lane will get some sort of priority ?

  13. Thanks guys! plan on taking 2-300 lbs out of the car and make some other changes for next season in the powerplant. Will be selling the bare block out the car as well if others are interested. 6.0 block .030 bore and torque plate honed. Align honed and ARP Main Studs. Arp 12 point head studs. Block was decked .020 as well. Has a short fill of hard block to the lower waterpump holes.
  14. Thanks guys... it has been a memorable season. It might be tough next year... since this year was so good to me. going there I did not expect to win since I saw the cars running it ahead of time for the most part. I was just excited to run on that surface, I should of turned the leave up on the car. I guess I was still in the central ohio track prep mind set... which was not the case for the shootout! JP.... yeah same turbo since I had on last season.. mid 20s on boost with a small hyd roller. Next season will determine how far in the 7s it will go heres another pic.... kind of soft on the leave but still amazing.. almost 3600lb race weight... the calculator said to run that it would need to make 1318hp at the engine. Not bad for 4 bolt block and no water being pushed. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/lsx.jpg
  15. TurboNova 8.28@166.13 1.32 60' 10-11-14--Nova--turbo http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/slip.jpg
  16. Great ending this weekend to a great season with the car. Average of 8.29 in true street, lots of fast cars there this weekend. really wanted to shoot for a 7 this weekend but after being fastest after first pass all I wanted to do is get it down the track consistantly to keep the average. Ended up getting some cash a big ass trophy and the best thing is a LSX Bowtie GMPP Block which I will either be using or selling to go to a dart block.. Had Personal best everything with the car... had a 1.26 60 and got the 1/8th down to a low 5.20. Will be making some changes for next year in the powerplant. A couple pics and a vid http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/car3.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/dragzine.jpg thanks to wagner for the 2nd pic!
  17. Just get a set of 80lb ford injectors... around that base pressure they should be around 92#. How much power are you looking to make... unless you are going for over 800 on corn there would be no need for anything larger.
  18. looks awesome man.. I pulled out the matal hose connections at the pump and just tapped the aluminum and installed two pipe plugs when I used to run a mechanical pump. I was always afraid of rubber hose and worm clamps
  19. its new state... http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/PSX_20140730_232559.jpg There may have been some tuning on rt40..... patrick has been working the magic with the big stuff 3 and its still on e85.
