if you find etching to be too expensive you may want to look into wire wrap. We use that for a board at work that performs several functions for a gauge to measure thickness of steel. It has about 10 different circuits on it with a few hundred connections. Well first of all the trans rebuild was mandatory. it was slipping and had 100,000 on it. The car was an inheritance and I was not going to just trade it in for something else. at this point I could easily go turbo and have a trans that can handle it. but I am going to stay N/A for now. I love the 3.69's on the street and I still get 29mpg on the highway and about 21 street. 95% of my miles are highway.

Yeah I have the same exact problem with my time warner. I called them half a dozen times and they wont do shit about latency issues. what pisses me off is I show them my tracerts and tell them hey your fucking router has issues because thats where my ping times jump way up.
