personally the painted tails look the best. As for appling a overlay its not that hard to do just takes a little time. You put it on like you put on tint. make sure tint is warmed up (is more controllable and easier to apply).

police state? No. 11 The police officers were not city cops but univeristy police. Personaly but parties were wrong. The police did not need to taser him the fact that one cop picked him up and carried him to hte back of the room. Plus there were more than enough officers there to control him and cuff him.
