Do you have a spare hard drive you can install a fresh windows on to just see if you can reproduce the issue? I normally do a fresh install once a year sometimes less just to keep things in perfect working order. I'm guessing its something borked in windows

All you do is rent the cable card that is inserted into the tivo dvr. They (TWC at least idk about WOW) will also provide, free of charge, a tuning adapter that connects to the tivo via USB that allows it to access special content

 

 

 

 

I have that all set up for my parents as well. The tivo plex app is fantastic

 

I run sonarr/couchpotato/transmission/plex all together on a freenas machine. Works wonderfully with private trackers.

 

Had freenas for a while, just started recently with Unraid.

I just have smart TV's with roku's and a server that auto downloads when a show is up, auto extracts/renames and adds it to the media pool which is all accessible in plex. Its been working great for years, i do need to look into running ubiquity though with all hardwired connections.

They are also updating their pricing and charging more, mine went up $25/mo. because they no longer offer the TW 30MB internet. Looks like I'm switching providers.

Mine went up and i called them and they said i can switch to spectrum and pay 44 for 60Mbps as a new customer

Upgraded my NAS box and no longer need this PC case, its a micro atx case and great for HTPC's or smaller PC's that need to take up less room than a full tower. It sat inside my entertainment center so other than being a bit dusty (which i will spray out) its like new. You even get to peel the plastic off the side window as I never removed it. Comes with 3 fans and a baggie of screws.

I always do a full re-install with hardware changes like that just so nothing carries over and possibly retain old slower settings. If its steam it can transfer all the games over by changing the settings for where they should be and copying them

It doesnt help that they were in the ghetto off brice and the one on sawmill is super far away from the main road and most dont even know it was there.

Have you thought of AirBNB? I stayed in one for 4 days while i was there and it was great and was easy to hop on the L to get around.

My NAS is set up in a way that I don't have to touch anything, it automatically grabs movies/shows on a private torrent site, downloads it, renames it to plex standards and moves it to the correct directory. 18TB of movies and shows so far

I use about 20+ gb a month (ATT always sends me the text saying at 22 i get throttled) and could never let go of my unlimited plan

I have a few pair of Klipsh over the ears that i use at work all the time.

Months of work went into this, we have traveled quite a few places in 1.5 years so I came up with a interactive picture frame. The regular ones you buy were boring and I decided to use a raspberry pi, a HD screen and a ton of python to come up with this. It will show all pictures randomly unless you pick a city and then it will just show from that area. I custom designed the oak frame as well, I still need to stain the frame and get a better bezel for the screen but its mostly complete. I designed a city icon in the corner of all the pics to show where it was taken as well. I just hope she likes it haha

I use a Mr heater i think its 18,000 btu and just runs off the smaller propane tanks and i also have a hookup for the bigger tanks. Works well and can use it for other things and has a fan that pushes the air

You should hack it and install a custom firmware to run games. I have a 128gb sd card in mine with 70 or so games on it.

I would have her go to the hospital as she should be monitored depending on where the impact on her occurred.

I have ATT grandfathered unlimited data and I will keep it until they make me change somehow. I use about 12-17gb a month so you can see why I want to keep it

Looking to make some custom picture frames for the GF and not wanting to get it custom made but looking to make it myself. Anyone know locally where I can get different types of picture frame molding in lengths? Didn't see anything at the normal places like hobby lobby or michaels or home depot.
