  3. saturday i did some work on my buddy's roomate's GTO again, skip shift eliminator, and oil change.... Well MY BUDDY HAS A 06 MUSTANG GT (not his roomate who has the GTO), that he was gonna have me lower and such, well he decided since he had the parts at his house we would install the eibach pro kit (springs, shocks, struts) and the 20" wheels that day.. he still has GT500 rear bumper, GT500 side skirts, 1/4 windows scoops, front lip spoiler, GT500 spoiler, and sturt bar yet to be installed. he will be ordering exhaust, intake, and osme other goodies soon as well. this thing looks incredible already. drastically changed the apperance. Didnt take anywhere near as long i thought to do everything. well here are the pics. http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/S4300105.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/S4300106.jpg

    just crazy

i was talking to a woman at work and she was telling me about her good fprtune about 4 years ago. she went on this site iwon.com and did something for some kind of free gas for life deal thing. she ended up winning. she didnt think it was real until she got a gas card from Shell in the mail her name and picture on it. so since 2003 she has had free gas, AND she will have it for the rest of her life. now she is limited to 100 gal a month. if she goes over that (she used to pay 40 cents a gallon but because of the gas prices now) she pays 80 cents a gallon. and she does have to pay the tax on it. which she says averages about $190 a year. how lucky is that. especially in a time like this.
  5. 86 Honda VFR750 interceptor (mint shape) 95 Honda CBR 900RR (first fast bike) 98 Kawasaki ZX7R (black, with everything polished possibly) 03 Honda CBR 954RR (stunt bike, broke alot of shit) 99 Honda Superhawk 996 (got to sell) 00 Honda Shadow ACE Deluxe (first cruiser, and current bike) i love sport bikes, but they dont accomadate me and my wife like id like. they are great to go fast, do some wheelies, and i miss it alot, BUT... the cruiser is great. i can ride anywhere and be comfortable, bring stuff with me for trips, and my wife loves the comfort. my next bike will either be a Honda VTX 1800C, or a Honda ST1300, or Harley Street Glide. i like the looks of the VTX better, its a cruiser style bike, more of a power cruiser with 120hp, but the ST1300 is super comfortable, has plenty of power and alot of accomadations. while the street glide is amazing, 96ci, traditional harley sound, great front fairing, CD player, gps, huge hard bags, and all the goodies. i got to ride my buddies home from work the other day and i love it. i need to ride the other to bikes to make a decision first though. i also looked at the new Honda VFR interceptor, but it is almost to sportbike riding position wise. will i ever have another sportbike, maybe in my midlife crisis, but not anytime soon. i need comfort right now.
  6. thats scotts you have is nice
  7. gas prices are retarded. but the reason stations up there price in a day when they got there shipment last week, is to stay within range of other gas stations. say marathon got there delivery last friday, and they are at 3.50 a gal, then speedway just got there delivery yesterday... they paid more for there gas then marathon did, so they obviuosly have to raise there price to make a profit so speedway is selling it for $3.75, well is marathon gonna keep there price low.. fuck no.. they up theres to 3.75 a gal. and so on and so forth. glad im now doing the car pool thing and riding the bike. nto only saving me putting mileage on the car, but save some money. and yes it is about the PRINCIPLE

  20. if you do a k&N filter and a slip on then do a dynojet jet kit, you will have a pretty nice gain. the kit has different stages form 1-3. for me its pretty straight forward, but might be complicated for a beginner. i can do it in my garage in a few hours. i can show ya how to do it. basically you can help and watch and youll gian some experience. ive jetted a ton of carbs, actually just did a suzuki drz400sm for a friend. who did a filter, full muzzy pipe, and 3x3 cut out on the box. runs great and a noticeable gain in power. i tuned my big bore 400ex 4 wheeler myself, wiht an aftermarket carb. and jetted a 900rr, etc etc. list goes on. if you want some help doing it, id be glad, a few bucks for my time, and we can do it up.. and no im not talking $100. just like $20 or $30. like i said ill help you do your pipe install, filter, and jet the carbs. shouldnt take but a few hours. and you can ride it home. also since you work nights, and i do as well it will be convenient for both of us. i work best at late hours. let me know. filter will probably run you about $60, and jet kit anywhere from $60 to $120 depending on bike.
  21. once again.. slip on , you dont have to rejet, jsut adjust the a/f screw so you dont have the decel pop, or slight blip in throttle response
  22. all bikes are lean from the factory. especially at idle. all emission regulations BS sucks for you FI guys. cause you have to get a power commander or whatever but FI is so much nicer than carb.
  23. on a side note, shouldnt his bike be fuel injected. it is an 07.
