Those are the shops that have been getting busted the past few years. Like when you get sausage, it has to have over a certain % of your meat in the batch. Some of the shops that were busted were merely selling sausage to people who were dropping deer off to be processed, so like a 1 for 1 trade.

They aren't going to come after an individual giving his buddy some meat. The problems with butchers doing it is that they all have to be USDA certified and they are selling non certified meat.

Yes it's illegal. Giant Eagle in UA sells farm raised venison, but it is expensive as hell (like $14/lb) You can also order roasts and sausage from Cabelas

You could probably get away with pop, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I probably wouldn't chance actual prepared food though. You could probably sell small chip bags and things like that too.

That was a boat they were using for a sea trial. They are stored in dry dock at their factory. Like I said, not a problem

I think the timing from getting the boat on the trailer, to the boat assisting the truck up the ramp and then raising the engines as they go up, all in one motion basically.

Honestly, stuff like this is one of the main reasons that it was voted down. People believed the propoganda spewed about how their house would burn down if Issue 2 was approved, or felt guilty about it because they had a friend/relative who would be affected by it, so they voted no. I think it people would have sat down and really paid attention to what issue 2 was, and took the emotion out of it, it would have passed hands down.
