Paypal and ebay just does whatever they want. One time I bought a bumper that the seller said was perfect and was black. I ended up getting a blue bumper that was beat to hell. I disputed it and ebay and paypal told me TFB.

A buddy of mine does the necropsies on the animals that Battelle tests shit on. He can't tell me anything, but he said he sees some CRAZY shit. He mainly works on projects that are testing anecdotes for chemical weapons.
