  1. As much as my dad is always trying to cut monthyl expenses due to being retired, he really refuses to acknowlege that replacing this monstrosity would save him probably $50 per month.
  2. Ask your landlord if they will do it. I don't want my renters trying to replace or fix anything without my prior approval. Anything other than fixing a hole in the wall or paint, I tell them that they cannot. I would do something like put in a new thermostat.
  3. haha my parents still have their rental hot water tank and refuse to do anything about it. Its like a 120 gallon stone line all electric tank
  4. Depth Chart out. RB and H-B and CB are the only positions with an OR. Bell won the position over Burrows like I predicted. Elflein, Boren, Price the middle of the O-Line
  5. From what I remember, Cam Burrows was the major offender (stats would say so, having 0 solos and 4 assists). Von Bell will probably play against VT, which really help the tackling in the back end.
  6. 100% disagree that "running the ball is running the ball". Navy uses cut blocks on the line to get blockers to the 2nd level almost instantly. I'm not giving the defense a "pass" but I honestly don't think there are any takeaways from that game defensively. Playing Navy is a lose-lose situation. It doesn't do anything to help your defense prepare for the rest of the season, nor really evaluate the defense. Their ball control offense really hampers what you can do on offense because they seriously limit the amount of plays you are going to get to run.
  7. Jt barrett 226 passing yards 2 tds 80% 50 rushing yards Not bad for taking over 1.5 weeks ago. Once Herman figured out his play calling with JT, the offense really kicked it up
  8. One formation? What? Do you even know what you are talking about? You didnt even know what the zone read was called. Alabama requires an efficient mistake free QB who can make plays when called on (McCarron). Auburn requires their QB to make the correct read almost every single play. They also run a style of the offense you hate. Michigan State was another 2-3 loss team last year without conner cook coming on at the end. QB is the most important player on offense and has been for years.
  9. So you are saying that you hate that a QB is the most important part of the offense. Interesting.
  10. In tackling yes. Otherwise, lol. You cant base opinions on a defense on 1 game vs Navy. OSU will not face an offense like this until the next time they play Navy. OSU isnt even running their base defense.
  11. Then you hate the whole offense because the zone read is the base play
  12. Its called the zone read. I suggest you read up on it
  13. The last game he started was in HS. He spent last season rehabbing his knee. His transition is almost that of a true freshman. The INT was pure inexperience. In HS that defender doesnt close on the ball like that
  14. The INT? Thats a td in the last game he started. Chew on that for a.second
  15. Bullshit. Many just lack a business acumen. Im sure those uneducated retards would be highly impressed with your light bulb changing skills
  16. Penn States coaching staff has not impressed me at all.
  17. Case Keenum's first 3 games under Sumlin he threw for 1141 yards, 13 tds, 1 INT at 63% It's legit for college, and of course that is all that matters when it comes to W/L and championships (Tebow) But I think people need to give Sumlin a lot more credit for what he has been able to do offensively and with his QBs
  18. They threw the ball 60 times. That's 8.5 ypa. Braxton Miller had 8.2 YPA last season. The longest pass play was 33 yards. That's pretty standard for Sumlin's system.
  19. Bert will never beat a ranked SEC team.
  20. Meyer said its a 4 way race for RB and that Dunn is in the mix. + "I feel really good about our running backs." He said he's excited to watch them play. He said Rod Smith and Bri'onte Dunn were written off a bit, "but they're not written off anymore."
  21. Well, that sure clears everything up
  22. 9-12 is for full contact from what i understand. He will be throwing long long before that. He should be throwing a nerf ball in 12 weeks.
  23. Everything I have read says 4-6 no movement, then another 4-6 rehab, then you can start activity again. 12 months to full go sounds on the high side for a world class athlete. I'd put money on his full participation in spring ball but with no contact.
