Personally I think a 5th year Braxton would be Meyer's wet dream, even if he is coming off of injury. He should be throwing by the first of the year. Spend all of this season with the virtual QB headset thing, another session with Whitfield in the spring, another year of spring ball.
There is a guy on another forum saying things like
What a complete dope. This is also the annoying type of OSU fan that constantly posts things like "Go Bucks" in response to threads and posts 5-10 day old 11 Warriors links.
Edit for another
After the 2009 Sugar Bowl he posted that he couldn't wait for Pryor to leave and for the Miller era to begin
This is the type of guy that makes people hate OSU fans
Ask her why the idiots we talked to yesterday cant figure out why we arent getting CBS sports in HD, even though we have all the other channels on that tier AND have it in SD
Call up Lowendick and get an estimate. The great thing about using a demo company is they will disconnect everything, tear it down, hual the trash away, and backfill the foundation. Lowendick tore down my family's old 2200 sq ft farmhouse about 20 years ago. They did everything in 1 day.
It's a 3 day notice to cure or quit. It's legally required, but you post it without going through the courts. You just keep a record of it and it is submitted with your eviction filing.
Ive never seen one take 90-120 days. I've been around rentals my whole life and can remember evictions from almost 20 years ago (damn lack of child labor laws if it is a family business.....)
A lot of generic leases that go around in Ohio have an explicit conversion to month-to-month at the end of the longer lease term. this is because in Ohio, the acceptance of a rent check is the acceptance of renewing the WHOLE lease on a holdover.
This means if you have a 1 year lease with Jim-Bob that ends on Sept 1 and Jim-Bob says "Hey I need another month to get a new place, I'll pay you like normal". If you accept that check with nothing else in writing, you have just renewed the whole 1 year lease by Ohio law. To prevent this many many many leases in Ohio automatically convert to month to month.
an ex gf and her current boyfriend tried to change her door spring and they both ended up in the hospital. It's one of the few repairs that I don't mind paying someone else to do.
Preemption. Cleveland has already lost on preemption before. Some things would get past it, like the registry for criminals, but things like regulating how many guns you can buy in a certain time perioud would 100% fall to preemption.
I reccomend both places. I and my family have bought from Vic for years. My parents furnished their whole house from him back in the mid 90's and I bought a bunch of pieces from him for my first place.
The owners of Oak Creations are good family friends of ours. They have high quality pieces and go out of their way to find suppliers who fit their needs.
Due to it being a lease, the only remedy may be specific performance, which wouldn't solve any problem. You can probably seek some damages, probably just the difference in price on accomodations.
See ive never had an issue with their customer service. The only issue we have had in this house, our internet went out on a weekend when my wife was on call. They sent a tech out on a Sunday morning, after we called Saturday Evening.
Bringing this back from the dead. I want to echo this. I just had WOW service for 4 days and I cancelled and went back to TWC. The internet worked for maybe 10 total hours, HD never had a solid signal. New drop to the house, 2 gateways, new hardware from drop to gateway. None of this worked. They came and buried the new drop today and I got home and nothing worked at all. I called and they kept saying they can't get a signal w i th my gateway. Then they said they can't have anyone out till Monday. I cancelled on the spot.
