I don't see why not at least for FWD. It's behind the wheels when lifted. Or you can park the car in a way that it would clear. The Low-rise one is the only one I can see that might have clearance problems.

Here, my garage. But I work during the day so that wouldn't work for before 6pm. Weekend is ideal.

Use a multi meter. Put the red lead on the positive terminal on the battery. Then put the black lead somewhere on the frame (If it's a bolt that screws into the frame that would work since everythine else should have paint on them.). If it reads a voltage then your battery and terminals are good. If the connection is good at the battery. Then check the fusible link, it should connect to the fuse box in the engine bay and is the main power feed for the whole car.

No ding ding not getting power at all. It shouldn't be the ignition. There should be a fuseable link somewhere on the wiring to the battery. It probably just blew. If you know someone with a manual for that car then it should show it.
