I don't have the title. And the trans is probably not fixed yet. So I really can't and don't want to just "go get it". I do have that contract though. And it does state an amount of time he has to deliver. That time has expired for a long time now.

So should I get a lawyer for small claims? Could I sue for attorny fees? Are there lawyers that don't get paid unless you win for these type of cases? Anyone with referals? It's a pretty strait foward case so it shouldn't be hard. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to court and lawyers and stuff. I'm also hoping that he would see this thread and respond so I would know that's going on. If I can get a set completion date I would be happy.
