    go to any body shop (that is good) they will charge you a hourly rate to put it up and pull it. If they charge more than an hour to clamp and set up, leave them and go somewhere else

    front bumper is f'ed up and the rear needs repaired and repainted and the mirror is prolly 700 dollars. Also enjoy taking that to benz to get the lights turned off. seems like a good deal though. If you like to fix cars and resell them
