Went out all the time. Different modems, routers, nothing fixed it. Switched to WOW, none of that jazz. I live in Clintonville, if that makes any difference.

They installed a siren at the end of my street not long ago. Had my window open, windy then the rain. I was playing Fallout, so the sirens really made me jump. I counted them going off 3 times in a span of twenty or so minutes.
