Tires for the Cherokee, maybe a mild lift, convenience mods (storage, lighting). Wife's Fit-shifter bushing. It's been getting sloppier with age. RX-7-drive it. Also, reliability upgrades as in a better oil cooler and lines. Shifter, looking into a new clutch and suspension upgrades. It is nearly 40 years old at this point.

There are some situations where having a social worker accompany LEOs is appropriate for deescalation, but yeah that situation ain't one. Very situational, and if applied properly, it can be effective.

Saw someone put the YT link on r/Columbus. This is a big, big stretch but I wonder if there's a way ODOT cameras could be used? Like historical footage.

I'm thinking they're using a VIN lookup that only shows USDM/North American vehicles. Try asking your insurance agent to run it. I can also ask around at work tomorrow as I work at an insurer. -
Japan has had this problem for a long time. (50hz and 60hz grids) While our grid has gotten better since someone forgot to trim that tree up un Cleveland, my parent's power in Clintonville tends to go out with a light breeze. I don't think a huge leap forward like this will go well without massive infrastructure improvements.
