I have to agree with amy.about 4 years ago my friend and I drove up to check out the action on brice road in his really nice flamed 96 mustang GT.We parked near the super 8 motel and a mopar fan asked us what we thought we were doing driving that mustang around all those mopar people and that we should move it or it may get damaged.We just drove out of parking lot and people were running there mouths and threatening to throw stuff at us.I had never been treated so badly at a car event in my life.We just came on back to chillicothe disgusted.Have went to alot of car gatherings in my life and was never treated badly.

I'am submitting the fairmont for King of The Street This year.I e-mailed them and told them they need to mix it up a little have a different type of fox and my little car is very mild mannered and drives great and runs great numbers for no more than it really is.

Yeah we are changing a few things on the fairmont right now to work a few bugs out of it.Thats why I willnot be going to Bristol Tennessee FFW this weekend 1st time I have missed it in 14 years..Its just a fun little sleeper car we put together with a stock explorer motor and turbo but runs well.I will not be racing it at NMRA columbus do to issues I have with it being affiliated with the expo and some things that pissed me off a few years ago when they 1st changed to labor day weekend.I'am getting it ready for the NMRA world finals I will be there for sure.I may race it at King of Columbus on The 17th also.

Yes the red one. My Alternator was going bad and would not run everything on my car so when my car would try to build boost my car would just pop and crack.My Little fairmont still has factory 40amp alternator that was on it when it was 6 cylinder trying to run Fast system MSD ignition and everything else The car usually runs low 11's best of 11.17 121mph this year There is some press on it in MM&FF magazine this month from WFCX coverage check it out

I have been racing FFW Norwalk For 14 years This is the worst yet I will admit true street had 102 you know that. cars not too far down from last 6 years there.There were more than 3 outlaw cars no pr 5.0 because it was not scheduled for that race.It has always been a bigger bracket race than heads up race at norwalk thats not changed.Fun Ford Weekend moved because of the NHRA.NMRA was the ones that should not have scheduled there race the same weekend.Last year Fun fird Weekend ws same weekend as it has been since 1993 and NMRA scheduled there race the same weekend.This year there should not have been a conflict since FFW had to move up 2 weeks but NMRA scheduled same weekend,Now you can tell that was done on purpose.NMRA and FFW have had a hard on for each other for years.I race them both also and most of the time They BOTH SUCK!!!.I was right next to you in True street Amy In the Fairmont.

I hate to do this but I have too many things I want to do to my other 3 cars so I must.I have owned this car since 1994.This is a 1982 mustang GT 306 Dart Heads performer RPM Intake 750 Holley.1993 Cobra T-5 5-speed upr shifter.8.8 rearend with 4.10 gears Arc Racing seats, full rollcage,Weld wheels 15x10 on rear with drag radials skinny fronts.silver with fiberglass hood and cobra wing.This car runs great and drives great.Cool little street car ran 13.30's in 1/4 before dart heads and only ran a few 1/8th mile passes since put on best so far of 8.32 this car has way more in it I guarantee it will run 12's with tuning.I have clear ohio title but it is a rebuilt salvage because it was hit in front almost a year after it was bought and we bought it back from insurance company.I'am firm on the price$4500 but this is a great car for the money.awesome bracket car you can drive to and from the track.

If he used the right 2.3 turbo motor won't be an issue of being slow. I know a guy with an 1986 SVO motor in his ranger with a extra little hit of nitrous and it ran 11's.Not real Slow.

Where you lease bottle that cheap?The guy I bought my nitrous filling equipment from leased them for like $50 from valley in hilliard but he had to lease multiple bottles at once. Last year it only cost me like $100 it raised way up this year/ They do not fill the bottles here they are shipped to them fromanother location.I just trade one in for full bottle.

thats probably your initial price Bottle lease for a year and nitrous. next time you have 65# bottle filled you will be charged for nitrous only.Then next year you will have to pay the lease fee again. I get mine her is chillcothe at airgas and have to pay a $200 per bottle lease fee every year. I sell it for $4.00 a pound and make sure bottles are actually full of nitrous.Not 1/2 nitrous 1/2 air like someplace in columbus I know of and sure some of you do too LOL.

Actually that episode of pinks all out does not broadcast till sometime in september we was told. Yes that caddy runs 9's very amazing but it was running in the 10's 2 years ago at norwalk.

Yes thats mine thanks for the comments. Its been 11.17 121 with 12# of boost and 7.07 in the 1/8th. Putting cometic gaskets and arp head bolts on it this week so hopefully at norwalk FFW in will go into the 10's or dies trying. it is a stock 302 GT40P explorer motor with a small anderson blower cam only good fuel system and a GT45 turbo.weighs #3350 with driver.

I was there with my sleeper turbo fairmont.Actually ran jay the eventual winner in 1st round of qualifying saturday.It was cool being lined up against another little fairmont sedan especially one as nice as his.His car runs 9.90's with a 302 based ford motor ALL MOTOR!!! no power adder.The motor in that camaro was alot bigger than that and runs same type numbers.Ran him in time trials friday afternoon.

My Grandmas old sunday go to church ford fairmont runs 11 teens 121mph so I guess I'am included

Anyone going to Pinks all out in Milan Michigan This weekend?They sold spots to race out in 15 minutes and I was lucky enough to get one.I'am taking my little turbo ford fairmont up there. hopefully since its kind of a unique car and is actually pretty fast may stand a chance.They sold over 15,000 tickets so it should be a fun event.
