once its sold to the new owner the courts may be able to take it from the new owner especialy if u know it was awarded to the wife in a divorce ... make sure there is no lein on it and im not sure if u can check the courts system to see if there was a judgement yet ... i wouldnt trust the guy to take his word its safe to sell it ...id bought it but i dont have time for headaches or court
