its a 2001 civic 4 dr lx 1.7 motor with automatic trans 192k miles wiht a fresh timing belt and water pump this year and trans was rebuilt last year . everything runs and works like new . only mechanical that needs attention come spring time is right front strut its 125 at autozone and i have mechanics that will put it on for 50$ its a first year of the new style 2001 and you would be hard pressed to find one with maintence up to date for under 4k lmk if you want to see it in person .

i cant come off that much cash right now i owe taxes but if you want to look through my colection of cars and pick one i can pay cash for the diffrence

its a 1983 suzuki gs750es only 12k miles and runs great pearl white and red clean bike and pretty fast for a starter bike but if your not crazy youll be ok id like 1400 cash or ill trade it for the right car or truck . has a new back tire on it and new front pads i havent put on yet ceramic ones ..

pretty typical bedrooms 10x12 or so if i remember right when i bought the new carpet ... the living room is probably 10x20 or bigger the bathroom is whats small but its all new and i rearanged the fitures in it so it looks bigger.
