I didn't even realize this started back up until recently. I watched the last episode of S3 and have downloaded S4 up to now but haven't had a chance to watch yet.

Chronic inflammation in my shoulder after workouts has me concerned. The symptoms (inflammation and the need to be 'popped') have gotten slightly worse in the last few weeks. I want to see a doctor (NOT a chiropractor, a real doctor) and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations regarding who I may want to see. Thanks in advance.

Bose TriPort IE, these are not the IE2. You can no longer buy these in stores. I bought some when new, and have nothing negative to say about them, except my son ruined mine. I bought new IE2's from Bose for a discounted price when they broke, though.

Watch Maury or Rikki Lake and see how many of the kids who act up wear nice clothes and have a lot of confidence while the parent cowers and cries. If you have a problem child, a real problem child (I don't know if this kid fits the bill), then you can take away his self confidence by doing this, or making him wear embarrassing clothes. IMO, a last resort. 3 kids, no real problems that weren't immediately taken care of.
