My wife informed me I threw the canopy away last year. I thought I had the 4 pointed things that went ito the corners of the headboard and footboard but I cannot find them. They may have been thrown away as well. If I were keeping it I would putty in the holes and paint over. I dont want anyone to think these are new, they are used and still in good usable condition. They have some wear on them. These are not matching other than they are both white and girly. This is around 15 years old. Its a girls twin bed including headboard, footboard, rails, and slats. I believe I still have the canopy that sits above the bed but you will probably have to putty in the holes for a tight fit as over the years they have worn bigger(anyone with has ever had a canopy bed like this should know what I mean). This has nothing to do with the bed itself just the four corners of the posts. It also comes with a 6 drawer dresser. The metal rails that make the drawers go in an out straight have been gone for years but we have used it with no problems. The drawers sit fine when shut just no guides to keep them straight when pushing in/out. I do have a boxspring and 2 mattress's if you want them. We have 2 because my daughter wanted it to sit up higher. Overall condition is good, not perfect but they are white and the drawers have some murals of flowers or something on them, whatever they came with from the factory. These are good as is or can be painted a different color, you decide. Asking $125 can get pics if interested. Thanks

I had an argument with the family yesterday about this. I was going to walk to the front of the door 1 min before they open. Where are the rules that said you cant? If hes worried about it, have him contact the city, tell them what happened he will probably have to pay for inspections as he would have if done legally and probably pay a fine. They just want their money. The fine wont be any more or less than it will be 20years from now if they find out so unless he is willing to tear it down if they say so without a fight just tell him not to worry about it if it never becomes an issue.

The garage is built and as long as nobody complains or it doesnt become obvious to those who would care, tell your friend to not worry about it. I have built several things on properties where a permit is required for them, nobody has never said a thing. Why did he not get a permit? The state has codes, but I have never nor ever heard of anyone pulling a state permit for a home improvement, or normal construction shy of state owned property. I am getting ready to do a commercial property, I am not nor am I supposed to inform the state of what I am doing. I will pull my permits through the city and health dept(I need this for the project), and these groups will have their own inspectors. The inspector will know that city code will automatically match state code plus any seperate codes adopted by the city.
