Stored outide is as good as stolen. We just had one taken in a more populated area than your shop and they had to cut through a secured fence and move 5000lb concrete blocks to get to it.

I buy my stuff very cheap. It may take me awhile to find one but I wait until I get the best deal. Where would you keep it?

I would definately 100% say something to them. It is your property and was more than generous in your allowing them to use it. But I would have warned them prior and said something the second I saw anything I didnt like with my stuff. That is just wrong. I am not anal.
