I have a c-4 for 50.00 heads can be had for around 200.00 and the short block from free to 3 or 400 try corral and stangbangers if you are willing to go get the stuff they make the $ worth it most of the time. the other option is to buy a exploder like what is in my car (untill it pops at least) and run it. they can be had low mileage and come with the p heads that are good for factory and for the $. and buy a cam for it and go play.

find you a forged motor and a set of used gt40-p heads and bolt a c-4 trans to it and spray the bejesus out of it

what bolt pattern is it a set of s-10 steelies would work for a bit

I forgot that in the winter coat them in vasoline too that helps keep the salt off

A good High quality wax does alot to slow things down but they will alawys rust. I use a thing called insulator wax that they sell at andersons and the paint store and it kicks ass

I am a good bit from you but can take care of it with no problem. As much as it pains me to sugg anouther shop I think IPS has some exp with the supra's as well. The drivetrain in your car is not realy anything uber exotic so as long as you find a shop/tech that you trust and feel will take his time with it and treat it like his own you can go anywhere. It all just boils down to you finding a tech you trust.

Man not trying to sell you on my shop or any others for that matter but a dealer is not the place to be getting that car worked on. I understand that it is your baby but there are places that can repair it (the first time) for far less.
