I cleaned the major ground didnt notice much of a differenc. It turns over for a second and then stops any other suggestions?

Is it a new in tank pump? If so there is a inertia switch in the trunk u might have to push that. It is in case you get rear ended it shuts the gas off. If it is a external pump check the wiring etc. CJ

Well I know the battery is good I took one out of my gf running malibu and it didnt start it either. Put it back into her car and it started right away. CJ

Well what I meant as far as I can tell the orignal battery cables are part of the factory harness. So how do you just replace the cables or can just get new ends? Cj

Yeah that what I have been being told. It is the orignal factory wiring so should I just get new ends?

I drove the car to work and then later went to lunch in it. Anyway I go to leave and the car wont start. It barely turns over so I figured it was the battery. I went and had it tested and it was fine. I had it charged also. So I figured it must be the starter so I replaced that. Still nothing it will turn over for a few seconds and thats it. Any suggestions? I have been told anything from grounds to battery cables. This a 1997 Chevy Monte Carlo 3.1 v6 btw... thanks CJ __________________
