Yeah I will let u know when I can come over for the parts Rolla. Well I didnt know what was wrong with the ac that is why I asked here. It worked fine previously so it was kinda of a surprise when you said there was no freon in it. The car did sit for a few months before the engine swap though. CJ
To give you a history the car has new battery and cable ends and newer starter. The car wouldnt start the other day I messed with the connector on the battery and it started. It sat for a few more days and is totally dead except the headlights work. Nothing works on the inside of the car etc. The battery is fine. I checked all fuses on the inside of the car and under the hood and they look ok. I am not sure what my next move would/should be. Someone mentioned fusible link but I am not sure where it would be located at or if the car has one or not. I have a factory wiring diagrahm but that doesnt help much. CJ

Is it it a no brainer? Just get a freon/stop leak kit and let her rip? Where is the place to add freon normally located at on GM cars(97 monte carlo) thanks CJ
Hmm are u sure it not the starter? I know u said it was checked but..i went throught the same thing on my 91 Escort..replaced about everything.....then found out it was the starter. CJ
I think it is called the bargainer but I cant find a phone number or email addrress. It a litle newspaper like black and white classified ads that is free. It is free to place an ad too. Anybodu have a number etc? CJ
