I have no clue why someone would get an R1 over a Busa. I say go for it on the Busa. If it were me I would buy a 99 or 00 model and put 2 grand in it and you would have one nasty ass bike.

Not sure yet. I raced 03 points at trails in street et with my GSXR 1100. Actually a 1206 with a ton of stuff done to it. I have the opportunity to get a super comp bike turn key from a friend but I really wanna ride with all my friends also so I am waiting till February to make a decision. If I get a street bike I'll probably get a busa.

Watch out people. I am getting another bike for 2005. Is anyone gonna race points at trails or go to any prostar races this year? I did it in 03 and both were a blast. I sold my bike at the end of 03 and it killed me all last year being without it.

He just broke an axle. It happens all the time. He should have had a c-clip eliminator. That would have kept everything from comming out.

I worked there a long time ago pressure testing propane tanks. It was awful work and hot as hell. When those tanks blow it is like a grenade going off. It shakes the whole plant. Luckily they are in a testing tank. I quit after 1 week.

Dragway 42 is on par with MCIR. If you have a fast car that place can be dangerous. They used to hold an IHRA division 3 race there and IHRA pulled the race due to the track conditions.

Since we are on the subject of Evo's. I spoke with EvilEvo and he is still in Colorado. And he is still upgrading his Evo. He had his car dynoed again and with 92 octane gas and the bad air in Denver he made 387 RWHP. I can't remember the torque #'s but he is getting it up there.

I like it a lot. That thing would be nasty.

First off why would the guy put all that work in the car and sell it with so little miles on it at that price. Either the guy is rich and just is tired of the car, he is afraid of it, if it does make that kinda power or the car is fu#@ed up. I would be careful. Or better yet he may have seen the light and converted to Chevy HA HA.

Try this on for size. About 2 months ago my wifes friend got stabbed 6 times by her boyfriend. She had him arrested for DV about a week before that. She bails him out of jail 2 days later. So she goes to the store and her boyfriend meets her in the driveway when she gets home. He hands her a note telling her how he is gonna kill her their 2 kids 2 and 8 and then himself. As soon as she gets done reading the letter he drags her out of the car by her hair and starts going to town on her. He stabs her like twice once in the neck so hard the tip of the knife breaks off, wich could not be removed. She gets away and runs to a neighbors house where he gets her on the porch and stabs her 4 more times. Meanwhile their kids are watching the whole thing. The police show up as he is stabbibg her on the neighbors porch and he runs but did not get far. Needless to say he is gonna be away for a long time. She survived but he almost killed her. One stab wound on her neck started under her chin and went all the way behind her ear. The other one went through her neck in to her mouth and the others were in her back and leg and arm. This will be his 3rd time doing serious time so hopefully he will never see the light of day. The worst thing is the kids witnessed the whole thing. Poor Kids.
