Anyone who knows anything about photoshop can tell its a fake. Look at the light gray box around the 16 and then look at the original. There is no gray tint to the original. I would say that whoever edited this is photoshop should take some Photoshop classes and try it again so it is not so obvious.

Just pay it. Regardless of how fast your are going the judge is still gonna ask you if you were going over the speed limit.

To all the bike guys Pacemakers is having a big bike race this Sunday 8-29-04. It is a grand to win.

I have had to take polygraph's while I was applying to Police departments. The best advice I can give you is not to think about your answers. Think of something that you like or that makes you happy. Think of the same thing while you answer every question. I did that and I passed every one. Also don't be nervous.
