Like my other thread on flooring I have an apartment that needs repainted. Its about 1200 sq feet in size. Anyone do painting (professionally / semi-professionally)? I can slap paint on the walls but would like to get this taken care of quickly. This would also involve stripping down some wallpaper.

Anyone on the board deal with carpet retailing or installation? A tenant has moved out and have three rooms (approx 100sq ft each), small hallway, and two sets of stairs to redo. Anyone have contacts or do work themselves I'd appreciate a PM
