the house is a custom built home built in 01 with 1600 sq ft no basement and it has a large deck with hot tub and a 16x20 pole barn with 6ft loft. he was asking 209,900 we got it for 184,000 with the mower and a few other things.

there is about 6 acres to mow but in my offer on the house i asked for the zero turn 48inch cut lazer mower he has and he said yes so im good there. he said it takes two hours to mow it. the other 2.7 acres are all woods with wide trails all though them. and im north east of merango up off county road 20.

yeah it is very nice out there. and only 35min out.
