  3. I've looked at a few hondas on CL , but they all seem to have been modded with a "fart can" exhaust or some other crap. If I could find a nice unmolested one I'd go that route Mace
  4. I am looking to buy a stick as the son is wanting to learn now he has driven for a while. It will be a cheap car as it is strictly a learning machine. I've been looking at VWs(jettas and such non diesel but possibly a turbo) but dont now much...hell nothing about them. I do know a little about turbos as I had an early 90s awd turbo talon, but info on those would be helpful also. What should I be looking for?? Thanks Mace

  9. I will go a little further, if it is for home D really neither will stop anyone with 1 shot BUT with either you should put several in them which if it doesn't stop will make them turn tail and run. I have both and can put all 10 round from the 22 in a very small radius (1 handed) very quickly as it has no kick. The 380 has a bit more kick so you have to level it again(again 1 handed) Now you ask why only 1 hand?? To have a 2nd gun in the other. I usually shoot the smaller cals left handed and the bigger right(dominate hand). Both will be fun at the range Good luck in your search Mace

  13. We are cleaning crap out of the garage for a yard sale and the wife says it's in the way: I thought I'd try here before craigslist: Its a champro baseball backstop (sock style). Its what you can hit into and the ball dies or put your batter in-front of and pitch to him/her and again the ball dies. I went looking for a current pic of it but they now have a new style out. It's assembled and huge, about 8' wide by 6' wide. I have to put a price so $55.obo Come take a look Mace

  18. You probably dont want an old man car but I have a gold 1999 olds 88 with almost 67000 miles on it. NOT 167000, 67000 Power everything, cd/cass/am/fm, leather, traction control and abs, lss wheels, tires and brakes in good shape, owners manual. Gets 24-25 mpg combined driving. **Just tried the air and it doesnt work, don't know whats wrong yet.** I am the 2nd owner, the first was an old lady and all 4 corners of the bumper are scuffed. Just had the oil changed and the mechanic said it was a great car. The lim/uim do not leak as is common in the series II 3800. $4200 obo Mace
  19. AAAAAAAAAAAAAa..where where you in december?????? GLWS mace
  20. IMHO the idea of going with the holden instead of something better(read cooler) designed was blowing it. It reminds me of GM taking the cavalier putting some bells and whisltes on it and calling it a caddy. GM is just lazy mace
  21. Plus its a vette The GTO is a jazzed up Bonneville,GM blew it on the design, went to Australia and got the holden. They could have retroed it back to the 66 style or even the 70 judge mace
