I picked up a 84 z28 shell, really nice condition with a nice rebuilt 700r4 tranny. I was looking into investing in a 350 rebuilt crate engine but am a little skeptical to order one online...and have considered the junk yard an option, but really want to do this project right. Do any of you have any experience with ordering an engine online..is there a local shop that can do orders for less? More specifically I'd like to get a 5.7 350 engine...and I havn't had much luck finding a local place..so crate seems to be the way to go. "EDIT: will the 700r4 tranny hold up to a high performance 350?" Thanks in advance for any advice/help Also...once I get this project going I'll fill up a cooler with some beer and anyone willing to help is welcome :-D

Ok gearhead...I've been a member longer than you..just because I don't post religiously doesn't mean anything. Secondly, my saturn is white and not riced out..and I've only met three people off this board (Anthony, Mike, Ben) all of which are great people. pics up man, sorry for the delay..i really don't know much about it..it has the original manual and an unopened diamond tip attachment, along with a bunch of cutting circles and such....if you have specific questions let me know, i think the picture sums it up though.

Soo..I got this new head unit today and I'm looking at the back of it. It has 3 rca outputs (front, rear, line-in) and a single 5v subwoofer plug that's orange...am I out of the loop here or what, because standard amps are dual rca, not just a single plug..is there an adapter I need? Update: Installing 4 new speakers today to replace the factory ones (3 ways) and I also got a cd player for it, which I won't be putting in while the car is in my posession due to the fact that only a couple weeks ago the one I had in it was ganked. Soooo...with that said, the car is going to have some great audio in it..and is still up for trade. -Will

Selling my computer and building a new one ~ I guess I'm gauging interest to see if anyone would want to buy this for a reasonable amount or if it would be best to keep it. Not in a hurry to sell it, but I find that to be a good price for everything that's included.

I've heard it's more secure than paypal, and to even get started with using it you have to enter a credit card (where as any schmuck can get paypal and scam people). I have an account setup but havn't used it...but it can't be any worse than paypal.

I had a package overnighted to me yesterday morning....on the UPS site it says it's sitll on-time and in transit with a scheduled delivery for today..however the status still shows it in Lousiville, KY....is is possible I will actually get it today?
