I'm trying to find info on a car this guy wants to trade me. It's a relatively clean 1995 Honda civic ex coupe with a jdm h22a and it's jdm LSD 5spd. Very clean sleeperish. I'm trying to find out if this engine in another car is a jdm h22a or a jdm h22a type-s. What are some ways to differentiate the 2 besides the type-s having a red valve cover and the stock jdm h22a having the black? if it helps, the side of the engine has the stamp h22a 3042374. any help to figure out if this is a jdmh22a or a jdmh22a type s would be great! thanks, Paul
