Well, the only thing I've read so far has been what you posted from Forde (who was at ESPN is now at Yahoo Sports) and he was keeping up the hatred for Ohio State. Interesting question, though. I think it'll be like anything else: if you win, people will make you out to be greater than what you are, and if you lose then people will make you out to be worse than what you are.

Michigan still needs help to get to the BCS. I think they're ranked 16th in the BCS but must be at least 14th (or higher) to be eligible for an at-large BCS bid. Despite my rekindled hatred for Michigan, I hope they get an BCS at-large bid. More money and prestige for the B10.

Can I rant for a second? I'm sick of polls. I just can't get past the fact that it makes little to no sense that we decide who's best in CFB based on a popularity contest. Think about USC for a second. They are - what, like 10-2? - and just annhilated UCLA, 50 - 0. If this was 2003 to 2008, USC with that record would be top 10, no doubt in my mind. Yet, because it's not 2003 to 2008, they're now unranked. Notre Dame is another team that comes to mind. If it's 1986 and they were 9-2 (or whatever they were before they got beat by Stanford last night), then they'd be top 10 too. I'm sick of teams getting credit for tradition and I'm sick of teams getting penalized for perceived "down years." I'm just sick of polls, period.
