I did mine with a piece of 2 inch PVC pipe just make sure you heat up the paint but dont keep it on there to long. Just take the PVC and put it in between the tire and fender heat and apply pressure. Mine were kinda hard toget started but after that they got alot easier to do. It cost me like $2 for a small piece of pipe at Home Depot.I think its like series 40 pipe to.

God I wish I had the cash to do that to my VQ. I look at those kits all the time. I may have to think about actually doing once that ones done and you guys get some numbers.

My cousin who a police officer told me when i put my overlays on that as long as the reflector is still visable they are legal. I dodnt put the plastic type on either i put a vinyl overlay on. It like a tint fo you head lights or tail lights.
