came off my '99, I believe the hood is the same of all year of XJ's, but I could be wrong rattle canned black by previous owner who also drilled it for hood pins. Comes with used hood pin set. no real damage or dents, make offer to buy or trade

I wouldn't put my head near a spinning wheel especially with the screwdriver. All you have to do is lift the wheels and spin them by had one at a time (put in neutral first to make them easier to turn) while holding onto the coil spring and if its bad, you'll usually feel vibration through the spring and/or control arm/chassis.

Not EVERYBODY want/needs a manuel tranny. I sold my 03 WRX and bought the Legacy because I have had two surgeries on my left foot and cant operate most clutches with out pain after a long day of work. I am still in love with the car, but now that my wife stays home with our daughter, I can't afford a car payment :-( BTW, I did leverage some funds and the car is paid off and I have the title in-hand.
