  1. Changed the wheel and tire setup on my 13 mustang GT trying to clear out the garage.

19x9.5 SVE Drifts, Perfect condition, with 275/35r19 Nitto. 3 tires have about 9,000 miles, 1 tire has about 3,000 miles. I will include a 5th tire with 6,000 and 2 vulcanized patches. TPMS Sensors included. $1,200 OBO

15x10 and 17x? SVE drags. Bigs and littles. Unsure on the history but wheels are in great condition. I bought them last year and never put them on. Mickey Thompson tires. No TPMS $1200 OBO

  2. What will you break? Swap the pulley out and keep it around 560-570 rwhp and you'll be fine.

I know a couple guys running 600-620 for over 25k miles with 0 issues.

You must not be familiar with the way my life works, that tranny wouldn't last me a week. This has been on my mind since I seen this post, and it was shared on my FB, its not out of the question though.

  3. When it's a cash transaction, there's no other ways to make money. Dealers will take a deal that loses money on the actual transaction but we can make it up in financing profit.

So yes, you're correct. The "cash discount" no longer exists, it's a relic from a time when financing and contracts made life much more difficult for the dealer whereas a cash transaction ensured the dealer got their money right away.

Yep, exactly, and I think the Lease thing must be the biggest money maker. The only sales I could find in that class of vehicle were lease specials, no one really want to sell one for a good price, just provide a lower monthly payment.

Finally I called Hinderer, told them what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. They had the car detailed and waiting for me on Monday night when I arrived, it was almost a painless transaction with them. All the other Honda dealerships were packed, and I felt like they all had the attitude "If you don't buy this, someone else will"

When I bought my Mustang from Ricart I had tons of room to play on price, and a lot of negotiating on the table. I also bought it right before winter so I think that helped a lot.

  4. i got sumthin for that new shiny mustang of yours...

i'll be there twisting axles or having my diff throw up... cant wait

I have a basement full of parts, just waiting on a few more things then it is off to Brady at PPC.

This summer should be fun, I live out your way now. I bought a house off Taylor between Broad and Main. I plan on hitting Trails a lot this year.
