What shop would install a test pipe for me on my audi if I purchase one? I tried a few shops and they told me they cannot do that since its illegal. I prefer it to be on the cheaper side if possible, but still a good trust worthy shop.

I'll be very happy with my 99 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8t as a daily driver once i have the chip, full exhaust, and intake. Its a very comfortable car, rides very smooth even lowered, great in all weather conditions.
