Actually, right after I posted that, I saw Circuit City had them for $199 today so I just picked one up. :thumbup:

I've searched on here but I'm still a little up for opinions on this. I'm looking for an mp3 player with these specs: -atleast 20-30 gigs -connectivity to my car (either by fm reciever or direct-connect) -play wma, mp3 and video if possible -good battery life/ un-faulty batteries -I'd prefer something other than an iPod but I would still consider it. Anyone try the Zune out? Anyone have an iRiver here?

This is easy: if you offered something illegal to her and she openly knows it but still accepts it, than obviously the fault is on her. If it were me and I ended up paying the ticket, I wouldn't fix her car.

Do you live under a rock? Plastered on EVERY news agency is shit about all restaurants switching away from trans fat. There's even laws beginning to incorporate cooking policies to affect health better.

Jesus Chrsit, the whole fucking point is to get people away from smoking, ala affecting other peoples' lives, although you deny it. By raising taxes, maybe more people will try and kick the habit, helping health in general. The whole point is the unhealthy image America has.

The point is to hault smoking. Increasing taxes is like saying "Hey, maybe you'll stop smoking now, bitch." Most smokers think the sole purpose is punishment for what they're doing.
