  1. What "hooplah"? Anyone who wants to make an accessory either needs to replicate the chip or pay licensing fees to Apple. I do not foresee too many companies going the replication route. Apple is fail again.
  2. Was he by chance staring at your son? ...
  3. Should have used a Dremel.
  4. Brown Recluse venom, like many spiders, eats at tissue and causes nerve damage. It's possible that there was a reversal from the venom, but they left out too much info in that article to assume anything.
  5. With all of the terrible typists on here, I have confused myself.
  6. Ahhh, so he had the very rare Caucasian skin disorder when he was a child?
  7. +1. I borrowed a buddy's Storm and thought it was clunky and the click-gimmick was meh. However, he thinks it's phenomenal. I'd go with a Curve, Niagara(when it comes out) or a Bold(AT&T).
  8. It is at an officer's discretion what a dog is categorized as. You can register under something else, but that won't save you if there's ever a legislation change or domestic case.
  9. http://www.franklincountydogs.com/legalInfo/doglaws.htm There's everything you should know. My AmStaff is registered, confined and has all immunizations, however, I do not carry extra insurance on him.
  10. Lion's Den parking lot on Morse. We're usually there around midnight Mon-Fri.

Games like tonight should be white-outs.

    The Playoffs

So many agonizing defeats against Detroit over the past years of my fandom for the Jackets. This is an exciting game for me tonight, as we finally have the chance to take our most-rivaled team in the conference-series and when they're ranked 1st in the West, no less. I'm buying a Voracek jersey.
  13. Lol, you didn't hurt his feelings, but he more-or-less pondered the kind of crowd that fills the CR forums. It just seems to me that you felt very sensitive when someone brings up salary base and life accomplishments. I see how you may bring it up in this thread, but the other two; why did you feel it warranted to bring it up? Don't get me wrong, I have the utmost respect for someone who can achieve collegiately, and who aspires to further their career and achievements. I get a lot of crap for the double-major that I'm pursuing at Ohio State, so I get where you're coming from. However, I feel that a Psych degree and adjunct would have made your e-persona come off a little more humble, even in the face of assault.
  14. While I can't say I admire his choice of words, I chose not to respond considering her choice of words. As a teacher's son, I know the role of teachers and their given-oath to educate children; I cannot understand the honor she would have in hoping for Rick's kids to have a poor education. She lashed out in that typical over-emotional sense when someone feels they have been indirectly insulted. I don't consider myself to be defending Rick, as I've never met him and don't really know him; hell, look at where I came in to this thread, much of the insulting had already been thrown around. Looking back at his first post, it didn't seem to be much more then a laugh about what someone else sent him. However, I can see that he may have had greater or even harmful intentions, though it seems the first posters in this thread almost wanted him to be hateful. I guess what struck me the most was that you pulled out the "IQ and achievements"-card again, after doing it to a close friend of mine in his intro thread when all he was doing was joking.
  15. What did you expect when the feds irresponsibly handed out unregulated money?
  16. LOL that would be frustrating.
  17. Plain and simple, you're wrong. I differ from Rick on multiple opinionated topics but it seems that CR debates always turn in to personal attacks, so that is all I can argue. You seem like a reasonable person, so quit being a pinhead.
  18. This is disturbing. You're upset at Rick, yet you wish a rough education on his children, the very subjects you supposedly care about. I'm going to guess you do not mean that literally. My mother is a 30 years+ educator of k-6th and I have seen exactly what is needed for that role. It is indeed a lot of pressure and strain for a person. You will need quite a bit of a thick hide to do it well.
  19. I'm well aware of your "history" of incoherent blabbering, flip-flopping, mental problems and other various Thorne-related symptoms. You may think you "razzed" him but anyone reading your posts would think opposite and may even neglect or fail to understand them. I have not noticed any change in his posts or threads. Though, I have noticed you're all over the place with yours.
  20. Thorne, I will be serious: get help. You seriously need to stop bringing up someone's religion every time you post. This anti-Holy War you're on is laughably hypocritical and worthless. I can't recall one thread where you made a coherent and thoroughly sound argument on anything political, religious, social or even car related. If you have never met Rick, how can you be so adamant on his current well-being?
