was telling me that I should bend my wastegate and I will get more boost? I'm not the type of guy who will just do what the dude at advanced auto parts suggests, ive yet to google this but have any of you guys heard of this? he pointed it out and said "see that right there just pull up and bend it, youll double your boost" then he gave me some long story about how he did it to his buddys car etc... but yeah I am new to the world of turbo's and coolness and this sounded kinda redneck haha

right now its just my daily driver, I'm hoping to change the struts and springs to improve my handling and the aestetic look of the outside of the car (aside from the fact that there already shot lol) . I'm not looking to profesionally race it or anything like that but I do not want it to look or feel stock. I was more or less afraid of buying "performance" parts that really arent "performance" parts. I was more or less hoping for some personal opinions on brands, whats overpriced, poor quality. hey guys hows it going? semi noob here been a member for awhile but ive never really introduced myself, I am Josh and I drive a 97 eclipse gst spyder. Ne way now that I have the time and some spare money now that I am done with school I'm looking for some suggestions. I need to purchase new struts for my car and I'm not really sure where to look to get an unbiased opinion on brands and types. I have googled and I have gotten nothing that really helps.... so I turn to you haha any help is appreciated thanks

So the van my band uses to haul our equiptment broke down on our way home from our last show. It is a 97 dodge caravan with the 3.3l engine, as we were driving the rpm's started to flutter and then within 30 seconds the engine had shut off. If I try to start it back it fires and immediately dies. I am assuming it could be a number of things, but I was hoping maybe someone could point me in the right direction here. I am a better musician than a mechanic...and that doesn't say that much haha But, my guess would be it bould be the computer? maybe fuel related? Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I don't have the money to take it to a shop, thanks

Ok, so I have a 97 eclipse gst that I am putting a new cd player in. I just installed it, bought a wiring harness and after double checking all my wiring, only 3 out of my 6 speakers work. Which leads me to my next point which is after taking out the stock infiniti cd player there were 3 cords that would not plug into my new kenwood cd player which were attached to the stock amplifier. I am assuming this is why the other 3 speakers arent working? But I also do not know how I can fix this issue, I was hoping someone would have some experience with this and know what I need to do to make this work. Driving around with a torn apart dash just isnt cuttin it for me anymore..haha thanks -Josh-
