I actually talked to a friend of the guy involved in that accident.. he is ok his arm has road rash so does his head you can damn near see his skull according to the friend but he is ok other then that.. He said he fell asleep at the wheel over corrected hit the median and flipped over.. and the jeep is at the shop.

Looks decent the trailer shows a bullet hitting Supes eye that was pretty cool and answered a question that many people had for years "Is supermans eyes bulletproof?" Next year will be the year of the comic book movie Spider-Man 3, ghost rider, fantastic 4 2, punisher 2 and I think a the new Batman movie..
