No one tuned the immigrants in the back.

I don't share food, crack, or wives.

Just another reason to hate America cars! LOL
-
Why would I want previously used crack back?

Completely depends on the situation. If that were a blanket true statement, Formula 1, Dragsters, ALMS, Indy Car, NASCAR, etc. have all missed the AWD boat. Therefore, there are obviously many disadvantages to AWD in certain applications. In high-speed runs, it mostly saps power, PARTICULARLY in Lambos terrible AWD system. The G isn't nearly as bad as the M, but it's no Haldex system either.

You said 1670 and then changed it to 1300 for your comparison. It's more like: SV-MUCH > 1600whp - RWD - 3,250 - 3,300 pounds -VS- SL - 1500whp - AWD (meaningless since not racing 0-60 or 1/4 mile) - 3,503 pounds (assuming UGR kept it as light as Heffner). Also don't forget that UGR dyno's all of their cars in RWD because they kept snapping front driveshafts in AWD and, because of this, have been desperately trying to have a certain company make them quick-disconnect ones. LOL That's why they say "whp". they don't want to say what kind.

Aventador and thank you!

Wow. Just when you think people cant say dummer shit! Between JP's nut-swinging and the comical combination of people's ignorance along with keyboard bravery, it certainly has been entertaining. Here's what we'll do, and I think this will make everyone quite happy. I'll stick to pushing the envelope and doing projects that most people can't even dream about, and you guys can stick to paying me to watch the videos on YouTube. It's a win-win! And then people like JP can act tough and criticize on internet forums liie this so that their e-dicks swing so low it drags on the ground. And when the car is done and I race the first UGR GTT and then Jamie and I race, you can all watch that video too. But alas, could such a proposition hurt the way CR views me????? EGADS!!! It's a shame when the intelligent and 'good' people and the ones who post the most are almost always not one in the same.
-
Yes, I'M the one with the big mouth! :dumb: People typically cannot handle the truth when it upsets their 'version' of reality or the status quo. Hence why UGR stalks this build like it's their job. They stopped being public about it once all of their design flaws were outed publically though. Now, they're relegated to watching and hoping.
-
It's because of IPS that I have gone easy on everyone in here. There's a reason CR has the reputation it does; and it's borderline comical to see the 'people' in here say what they do. Tell you what, I'll even cut you some slack by not correcting all of the mistakes you made in your post. On an unrelated note, some big pieces of the puzzle will be put together for Stig in the next two weeks so lots of updates to come.

http://www.straferight.com/photopost/data/500/medium/double-facepalm.jpg There is nothing more douche-like than talking about racing for money. We will race and film it. It's about the car, not about the cash. I expected someone who could afford a UGR Lambo to know better than to say something like that. I explained that we'd race for results a month ago. I already have the location and I will let you know when approval has been granted for its use. I really am trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and ignore your reputation; don't let me down Jamie.

This explains your car choices.

1250+ WHP Gallardo. Scariest car by far was a vintage Shelby King Cobra with a fully done 427 in it. 1300 pounds! Surrounded by the fuel tank! Total death trap!!
-
Like I said. I'll stick to making things happen; you stick to watching them happen. Hope you enjoyed your dinner conversation with Kevin 5 years ago!! Better hope you didn't go to a strip club or anywhere incriminatingl he might blackmail you with the photos!!
-
Absolutely. I only said it because the person who is going to lose did, not me! lol And I didn't claim that HAD happened. I claimed that it WILL HAVE HAPPENED. Since I know I will have raced my friend before Jamie, Jamie couldn't be the first.
-
Fuck no I haven't! LOL. The car isn't done. It's a business partner of mine who has the UGR GTT who conceded the loss. We're still doing it as the "first race" so we can film it.
-
We'll be corner weighting it so I'll know to the pound and will be posting the results. Don't forget it holds over 160 pounds of fuel! lol
-
I actually know EXACTLY how much it will weigh. We've documented ever pound we've taken off. And my range was using actual weights. I know over 20 people with UGR kits and almost 0 have ever lightened anything; they've only been made heavier. And no, in MY APPLICATION, AWD doesn't help. And thanks!
-
You can't compare a Supra to a Murci. Front engine RWD versus Mid-Engine RWD is apples to oranges. That Supra made 100RWHP LESS than the G and was not geared properly and was a MANUAL vs. a UGR GTT that was e-gear. The comparison is irrelevant. The ONLY advantage that AWD gives you is from a dig or very low speeds; everything else, it's a hinderance.

Let's work through this so I can help to educate you as to how the real world works. I'll go slowly as big words seem to hurt your brain. (1) Physics = Ricer Math? Interesting... Who knew how important ricer math was to NASA? (2) Is the 'shop' working on the car or are the individuals the shop employs working on the car? I think we know the answer. Based on that, do you KNOW who is doing the work? And do you KNOW their credentials (i.e., qualifications or expertise in handling a specific task-in this case, a TT Murci)? Of course you don't or you wouldn't have made idiotic statements. (3) How exactly is the platform unproven? You have a lot of proof to supply in that area. I look forward to hearing a Lamborghini expert such as yourself delve into the subtle nuances as to why this is the case. (4) Do you have any idea who the FIRST UGR TT G I'm referring to is? Of course you don't or, again, you wouldn't have typed anything. Did you know he has already conceded the loss but we are going to do it anyway for shits and giggles? No again. (5) Who knew that past results guaranteed future results! Incredible! (6) Better not replace the door speakers with nicer ones! Oh the humanity! Stick with watching the videos; I'll handle the important stuff.

You're safe. You missed it by months.

I'll let you know once the motor is broken in and the wick is turned up. Who knew you were a glutton for punishment!

Wow. I thought people, especially those who followed this thread, were slightly more educated than the typical internet moron. For the sake of being expeditious, go to http://www.facebook.com/epiclambobuild for all of your answers; however, I will give some highlights to attempt the apparently enormous process of correcting people's ignorance. The average TT Gallardo weighs between 3400-3700 pounds depending on model, options, mods, etc. My SV will be coming in around 3200 pounds, so yes, 3200 IS in fact lighter than 3400-3700. Shocking I know. We have removed more than 500 pounds from the car in addition to the SV already starting out nearly 400 pounds lighter than a 'standard' Murcielago (per C&D's weighing of the vehicles). So, 1500 poorly utilized HP in a car that weighs more, isn't geared as well, has worse aero vs. my car that is SIGNIFICANTLY better in all categories really isn't that fair of a race. I can hear it now: BUT, BUT, BUT, BUT it's UGR. And they're so cool. And they have a song and everything. And it's been in magazines. And it's trendy so it must be the best. ROFLMAO Continue children...
